Can I Apply for a Marijuana Card if I Dont have Florida ID?

NO.     You must have and show Florida ID or Proof of Residence to begin the evaluation and application process for a medical marijuana card. The state's medical marijuana program has stringent criteria for being a Florida resident or, at least, be able to tie yourself officially to a Florida property. The state marijuana laws allows the part-time 'snowbirds' to show their living arrangements with other types of documentation such as utility bills or bank statements. The expiration date for these documents must be less than 2 months old.
